Receptions
and Parties: Papillon Weddings puts on a great party! If it’s
your bachelor or bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner or wedding reception
we can manage all the details for you. Papillon weddings has all the contacts
you need to find just the right music, prepare the flowers, and even cater
specialized menus for beach dinners.
Wedding
Venues and Accommodations: There is an extensive range of venues
on Isla Mujeres, in Cancun and throughout the Mayan Riviera to make your
wedding day the romantic and intimate experience you have always dreamed
of. Many accommodations have facilities for wedding ceremonies or we can
also choose from a variety of other facilities located in secluded and
romantic locations. We will also organize any accommodation for the wedding
couple and guests, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. From 5 stars
hotels to bed and breakfasts and private homes, we can suggest a variety
of venues on Isla Mujeres and throughout the Mayan Rivera to suit your
budget. We will make all the necessary arrangements. Since we are not
affiliated with any resort or restaurant, you are free to have
your wedding where you want it and the way you want it.
Honeymoon:
There are so many romantic places here on the island and throughout the
Mayan Riviera. We can work with you to find the perfect spot for a honeymoon
you’ll never forget!
Transportation:
Isla Mujeres and other destinations on the Mayan Riviera can all be reached
easily from Cancun. Papillon Weddings will help you organize transportation
from the airport to the selected hotel accommodation or wedding location
on the day of your arrival. Transportation can range from private to public
services including the short ferry ride from Cancun to Isla Mujeres or
by land in air conditional vans or limousines to a variety of places along
the Riviera.
Photographer
& Videographer: You will never have such a beautiful wedding
photo album as you will with the pictures you can take on this picturesque
island and throughout the Mayan Riviera. Papillon Weddings can arrange
experienced photographers for every budget.
Floral
service: Combine the beautiful turquoise water of the Caribbean
with the white sandy beaches and add a colourful arrangement of native
or the most exotic flowers from all over the world. Papillon Weddings
will work with you to find a florist to grant your wishes.
Catering:
Papillon Weddings uses only the finest caterers who can create a dinner
for 2 to 400. Imagine your rehearsal dinner on a private beach with a
traditional Mexican seafood menu, or a wedding reception which takes over
an entire restaurant overlooking the Caribbean. We can also arrange for
your wedding cake to be made on site to your specifications.
Entertainment:
From the solo guitar or violin player you may want for your ceremony,
to the saxaphonist or local band for your reception, Papillon Weddings
can make all the arrangements. Local DJs and Mariachi bands are also available
to ensure that there’s lots of life to your party!
Bachelor,
Bachelorette Party: There is a reasonable nightlife on the island
for the more traditional form of bachelor or bachelorette party (bar hopping
that is!). As well, we can organize less traditional versions such as
group fishing trips, spa days, snorkelling excursions and golf games.
Couple
and wedding party perks: Make you and your wedding party feel
as relaxed as possible by giving yourselves a day before the wedding to
enjoy a special treat as a group. This is also a great way for members
of the wedding party to get to know one another if they don’t already
and to have a wonderful adventure together. We can organize daytrips to
the picturesque Contoy Island, snorkelling excursions, fishing trips,
a spa day, or visits to historical places along the Mayan Riviera. We
can also arrange more intimate occasions for the couple including a massage
for 2 under the stars! Babysitting services are also available, so don’t
worry about the kids, have some fun!
Spa
treatments: Papillon weddings can order massages, facial treatments,
manicures and pedicures and can provide a hairstylist and makeup specialist
for you and the wedding party the day of the event.
