I would like to thank you for organizing such an incredible and memorable wedding!!! It was everything I dreamed of and more! Every detail we talked about was perfect and glorious! I think Paul was taken back when we had a 4 hours meeting to review all the details we had been arranging for over three months...and had no idea of the amount of time and energy that goes into planning a wedding! It has been truly a pleasure working with you! As I had been in this business for so many years..my expectations were high...and you really made it fun and easy, and were on top of every detail. You understood all of our needs and desires, and really went above and beyond what many wedding planners do. You have a great deal of talent and it is obvious how passionate you are about what you do! It is certainly not an easy task when planning an event so far away, especially for a once-in-a-lifetime event! You really need to trust the person you are working with....and I feel blessed that I found you on the website! The name of your business was almost an owmen...as you can now appreciate the importance of the meaning behind butterflies to me!

All of the people you selected for us to work with were awesome! The wedding photos and videos are the most extraordinary sights we have ever seen!! It really "wowed" us and all our families and friends!!! It reminded me of something that you would see in the movies!! I loved all the black and white photos and the video shots of us on the beach after the wedding...they captured so much emotion and love between the two of us! The music that was chosen for the video was also incredible!! We loved that they incorporated ours first dance songs! It is all "dreamy"!! Please do not hesitate to use any of the photos in your sight! It would be an honor! Let us know so we can view it!

Javier Rojas was amazing!!! As soon as I heard him sing the "Longer" song he learned for our wedding, I began to cry...it was so moving how he sang it! Thank you for his CD!!! We have played it almost everyday that we have been back. The #7 song that you recommended was perfect! My maid of honor bought 2 of his cd's too...as they also loved his music! I don't think there was a dry eye in the group...between the words said of the translator (who was really a wonderful speaker!), our vows, the song, butterfly release....

The flowers were gorgeous!!! It worked out perfect meeting Sabina before the wedding and her understanding the "feel" I wanted to achieve for my ceremony and dinner. The arrangements looked stunning!!!!! I loved all the variety of purple flowers she found and the way she put them together.

Having the flexibility to select where to have the reception and dinner was greatly appreciated! It all flowed beautifully! The food and presentation were wonderful, as was the service staff of Na Balam. It was so nice seeing familiar faces from past visits to Na Balam...they are all very gracious, hospitable and professional.

The Bonfire was soooo memorable to everyone!! We could not have picked a more perfect night to sit under the stars and full moon...making s'mores and hanging out by the fire playing guitar music and singing songs! It was a beautiful end to a most joyful and memorable wedding! Every detail of the day has made a precious memory in our hearts and minds! We thank you sooo much!

Please let us know should you ever visit Chicago in the summertime. We would love to show you around and host you for dinner!!

Na Balam – Isla Mujeres

Charlotte and I visited the Cancun area in January, met Juliette on Isla Mujeres and toured Na Balam. Immediately we realized our search for a wedding planner and destination was over. Throughout the entire process, Juliette made the planning a breeze. Our wedding featured:

- An inspring setting
- A beautiful and meaningful ceremony
- A traditional guitar trio
- A delicious meal featuring the local cuisine
- Attentive dinner and drink service
- Top-notch cigars located by Juliette
- A fun and talented band
- A rockin' DJ
- Cake that the guests raved about

Juliette, Sabina, Jose Luis, and the entire Na Balam staff were fantastic throughout the entire week and especially on our wedding day. It's nearly three weeks later and we are still getting emails and phone calls from guests telling us what a great time they had. We both have tremendous memories from that week that will last a lifetime.

Hotel Na Balam – Isla Mujeres

We just had the most beautiful destination wedding we could have ever dreamed of this past June! My husband and I had been to Isla Mujeres on vacation the two previous summers together and when we got engaged the fall after our second trip, we thought Isla Mujeres would be the perfect place to have our wedding. Juliette made the planning process a breeze and we never once felt stressed about the planning.

Juliette always responded to my questions promptly, and always had plenty of suggestions and options for the various aspects of the wedding. I couldn't imagine an easier wedding planning process than dealing with Juliette. You would think it would be hard to plan a wedding when you are dealing with a destination wedding (we live in California). But Juliette provided all the information (including photos, detailed descriptions, contact with photographers, minister, bands, etc. When we got to the island a few days before the wedding, we met to go over final details and the rest of the trip we were able to relax completely.

As for the wedding- the decorations, atmosphere, the ceremony itself, and the party afterwards, it all went far beyond what our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful! Our guests keep telling me how amazing the wedding was. Every aspect of it was perfect- even down to the food, the service, the music, etc. Thanks again Juliette!

My husband and I chose Mexico for our wedding because we wanted something beautiful and intimate without all the hassle that seems to surround weddings these days. Some may think that doing a destination wedding is a hassle in itself but working with Juliette made the whole thing completely enjoyable and exactly what we wanted.

We went down a year in advance of our event to check out the property and surrounding area. I had spoken with Juliette who was then working as the events coordinator at the five star hotel we were considering for the wedding. She immediately put us at ease with her warm and professional demeanor. Her experience working at the luxury Hotel Villa Rolandi and others in Costa Rica clearly came through in her efficiency and attention to detail. She has established contacts with some of the top vendors, hotels and restaurants in the area and once we met with her and described the feel of the wedding we wanted she was able to pair us with people that could best meet our needs from the rehearsal dinner to flower arrangements. On that first trip down there, Juliette set up meetings with the florist, photographer and minister her firm grasp of three languages made communication effortless and stress free. Her front end research really saved us from having to do our own uninformed research on the web and got the ball rolling in terms of planning. After we left Juliette made herself easily accessible by phone and email which is where we finalized most of the plans.

When we arrived on Isla Mujeres the following year for our wedding we were delighted that everything seemed to be running according to plan thanks to Juliette. The first day there I ran through a series of last minute detail meetings and then I was free to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting with my friends and family that were there to celebrate. The day of the wedding ran equally as smoothly with Juliette working behind the scenes to make sure everything was perfect, which it was.

Juliette’s help was invaluable. I have been to so many weddings where the bride is so stressed out and focusing more on the logistical details of her big day being carried out than on the event and its significance. Thanks to Juliette my wedding was exactly what I wanted and I was able to focus on what was important, pledging my vows to the man I love and celebrating that with the people I love. I can’t thank her enough for how easy she made everything for me and consequently how wonderful she made my wedding.

I would like to express my gratitude to Juliette for making our wedding and honeymoon in Isla Mujeres so special.

Juliette is incredibly kind, helpful and dedicated. Her vast knowledge of the island and local vendors made planning a wedding from Colorado virtually effortless. She kept in constant contact with us during the planning process and met all of our needs while keeping within our budget. During our stay on the island, her hospitality was comforting and her attention to detail was exceptional.

Our wedding day was spectacular. Everything was beautifully decorated and ready for our arrival. The minister she chose for us was wonderful and the ceremony was exactly what we wanted. It was spectacular to say the least.

Being a do-it-yourself kind of gal, it was difficult at first to let someone else handle this important event. However, after talking to Juliette a few times, I felt completely comfortable stepping back and letting her work her magic. Nos casamos el fin de semana del 19 de agosto, en isla mujeres con 120 invitados , el viernes fue la civil en club de playa zama y en sábado la ceremonia maya en la playa del hotel Na Balam, Juliette Franze fue nuestra organizadora de bodas pero mas que eso fue una amiga para nosotros, desde el primer día hicimos una amistad especial, como vivimos en la ciudad de México se encargo de planear y organizar todo, las flores, el menú, música, fotos, la decoración, todo lo veíamos por mail o por teléfono, nunca le falto ningún detalle, al contrario siempre tenia varias opciones y estaba abierta a todo tipo de comentarios, es una persona muy movida y sabe muy bien lo que hace, su manera de darle seguimiento, su profesionalismo, la organización y la experiencia en el tema hicieron que el evento saliera perfectamente y tal y como lo queríamos , toda la gente lo disfruto al máximo, desde el jueves que empezaron a llegar todos Juliette siempre estuvo al pendiente con la mejor disposición, nosotros disfrutamos cada minuto ya que teníamos la tranquilidad de que estábamos en manos de alguien que nos daba una seguridad y calma en todo momento, así que no la pudimos pasar mejor.

In July of 2002, my husband Michael and I were married on the beautiful island of La Isla Mujeres. Juliette Franze was our wedding consultant. Juliette worked at the beautiful Villa Rolandi resort and beach club at that time.

From the very beginning, Juliette was responsive and devoted to her work. Especially because I was planning my wedding from afar (Washington, DC, USA) it was very important to me that she was on site. She carefully walked me through details, including the legalities of getting married in Mexico. Juliette never missed anything.

Michael and I really wanted to get married by an English speaking minister. This is very difficult to find in the area. I told Juliette I was concerned about this, and she went above and beyond to find one. In fact, she searched for a long time and finally found just the perfect, English-speaking minister for our special day.

Aside from planning logistics, Juliette was always cheerful, friendly and calm. On site she gracefully handled the questions/demands of over 60 of our guests. Regardless of the situation, Juliette always found a way to handle it and satisfy all parties.

No matter how much time passes, Michael and I will never forget all that Juliette did to make our wedding day the best day ever. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts and wish her the best in her new business – we know she will succeed!
